The 4-pocketing sliding doors seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces. The primary suite is a haven of relaxation, with a spacious bedroom that opens onto the lanai.

Bedroom Configuration:
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private full bathroom with a soaking tub and huge walk-in shower
- 2nd Bedroom: King-size bed
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen-size bed

Outside, the expansive lanai is perfect for entertaining, with a heated pool, swim-up bar/table, three water features, and a convenient pool bath. The fenced yard is beautifully landscaped, enhancing the stunning water views from both directions. The property also features a whole-house reverse osmosis system for pristine water quality and impact windows with bonus electric shutters and clear manual shutters for added protection.

At your doorstep, enjoy the waterfront amenities, including an 85’ seawall with a captain’s walk/boat dock and ample seating space. • Parking available in the garage for 3 vehicles, and in the driveway for 3 more.
• Pet-friendly: up to 2 dogs, $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (no cats, please). Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog; unreported pets incur a $300 penalty.
• Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay inspection every 30 days ($25/inspection). Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request.
• Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided,
• The pool is heated. During unusually cold weather, extra pool heating is available for a daily fee starting at $35 to keep the pool at a comfortable 78–82°F.
