A beautiful home with super spacious rooms, close beach access and amazing views! Our group went for a long weekend surf trip and it was the perfect home for our group of 8!

This house met the needs for a group of 8-10 guests. I have stayed at this property before in 2021, and just wish that the home was a bit more updated since that stay. Pros: can accommodate 10 guests. It's a blank canvas and you can bring your own items to decorate for a birthday. Another good thing to note; the home has the perk of having multiple beds in a few of the rooms, allowing singles to avoid sharing beds, which is nice. The kitchen is part of the living space and lets the cooks enjoy group company.Cons: one room is isolated and past the garage making it disconnected from the group, so for us, this was a con, but for others might be a pro. The kitchen has minimal cooking tools and cups in relation to hosting up to (10) guests and the overall home is outdated in comparison to the other 10-15 other units we patronize in the L.G. community.

Highly recommend staying at this house. Very spacious. Comfortably fit 9 people. Large kitchen and living room space for everyone to hang out in. Ocean views from the kitchen. Can check the surf from the master bedroom. Will definitely try to stay here again

Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!
