We are located in one of the most elegant areas of Florence, a favorite among Florentines. The main monuments are also within walking distance, accessible by following the park along the river, which features outdoor bars and restaurants (we’re 500 meters from the start of the historic center).
All the shops are just 50 meters away: a supermarket (also open on Sundays), a bakery, a pharmacy, fashion boutiques, and more....These are not tourist shops!!
Excellent restaurants near the apartment (good prices and excellent quality).
The ideal choice for long stays for those who want to live in Florence like the locals, far from the tourist crowds.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the neighborhood. The apartment was just as described. We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the Arno.

This is a great place to stay in Florence. The location is at a reasonable removed from the bustling crowd. There are great restaurants a short walking distance. The host provides a lot of information about sightseeing and moving around the city. The patio is lovely with a fantastic view of countryside. Would stay here again.

Great stay, only wished we knew it was not river front per se. Busy thorough fare directly in front with construction going on. Not a game changer still really enjoyed view and location. Good amenities. Responsive owner, answered questions promptly. Provided tons of info needed for our stay. Close to most attractions. Easy bus rides.
