This unit gets 5 stars for location and price. It is NOT the Ritz Carlton, but the kitchen is new with up-to-date amenities and is well equipped. The location cannot be beat. It is walking distance to everything and sitting on the deck watching beach activities and feeling the wind in your hair is what the Folly Beach is all about. It is a great unit for a great price.I have stayed in several of the units at this address, and they are nicely maintained and the communication with the property manager has been spot on. They are friendly and efficient.

Great location, walkable to everything! Right by the pier- fantastic view. We loved the patio. Wonderful stay overall!
