The condo and on-property amenities were great. This may seem trivial to some but the price paid for the rental at what I would consider an upscale property compared to the fact that there were two trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms is mind boggling for a 4-night stay with 6 people. Just doesn’t make sense to me.

No major issues with the resort or the room itself. We had a great stay, it was clean and for the most part functional. Improvement areas: - in-room jacuzzi was INOP, attempt to contain maintenance but no answer.- some light fixtures need repairs and updates (living room ceiling, bathroom ceiling, kitchen overhead lights, and master bedroom table lamps)

The condo itself was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The problem was when you opened the door to the balcony which faces the pool and the adjacent condo building. Construction workers stripping the concrete having to run generators to power their equipment. The sound bounces off the buildings and was very annoying. The lazy river was closed for 2 days for maintenance as well. The beach view is there if you look past the busy noisy highway. When the generators stopped for the day the bridge traffic towards the beach did not. This is a great place if you have kids and are used to noise. Oh the master bed is on the firm side and the bed in the second bedroom is like sleeping on the floor. Maybe we are just too old for this place.. LOL
