Charming 2-Bedroom Waterfront Retreat!
This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an inviting open-concept living room and kitchen, complete with a spacious four-person island—perfect for dining and entertaining.
Step outside onto a cozy screened porch with comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening breeze. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a private en-suite bath, offering a peaceful retreat after a day by the ocean.

The boat lift is not available for renters to all renters approval and a fee is required. The trailer can not stay on property. The community has a boat launch.

You must be 25 to rent this home.
In an effort to keep our rates competitive and cleaning fees to a minimum our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We ask that all guests in your party be registered through the booking platform. We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines.
We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!

Adorable little place with access to private pool and beach. Our host was amazing to work with and very responsive when I needed her to let the airline into our area so we could get our luggage back! The kitchen was nicely supplied and there were plenty of beach towels! Overall a fantastic experience. I’d do it again.

We had an amazing stay while we were down for our daughter’s wedding! We needed a relaxing, well equipped, and clean accommodations during our fun, but busy stay, and that’s what we got! I had coffee on the patio by the canal every morning, then I walked on the beach, while my husband loved the beautiful pool, clean and perfect temperature. Short walk to both. Just taking a walk around the village was lovely. Our place was spacious, with plenty of towels, utensils and usable appliances, and beach accessories. It was close to just about anything we needed, pharmacy, restaurants, gas, grocery stores. I messaged the host and she responded the same day. We would stay here, again, and recommend to others.

Property was clean, updated, & provided for all our needs. Amy Barlow was an excellent host. Very responsive to all our questions and needs. Property owner was also very responsive and friendly.
