In the seaside resort of Bansin, a unique holiday ensemble of terraced houses in Swedish house style awaits you, in a particularly quiet yet central location. In the midst of the green surroundings, you can leave the stressful everyday life behind you within minutes. The beach and the lively promenade of the village can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

This unique holiday apartment extends over two floors and offers a wonderful holiday home for up to four people on 60 square metres. On the first floor is the fully equipped, open living room and kitchen area, which leaves nothing to be desired. Furnished with a reading chair, a comfortable couch, large flat screen TV and a dining table with bench, this room will quickly become the heart of your holiday. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and many other important utensils. This is an excellent way to prepare your own meals. From the living room you can access the sun terrace with south-west orientation. A large parasol provides pleasant shade while you spend your holiday time outdoors. The location of the house, in the middle of the quiet surroundings, is unmistakable and contributes to the fact that you will feel relaxed after just a few hours. In front of the front door, you can start the day on the bench with a cup of coffee.

A staircase in the hallway takes you to the upper floor of the house, where the two bedrooms are located. In the larger of the two rooms, you will find a comfortable double bed (lying area 1.80m x 2.00m) and a tailor-made wardrobe for your wardrobe.

Special cosiness is achieved by the indirect lighting, which is installed both in the living room and in the kitchen, as well as on the upper floor behind the double bed in the bedroom. So you can enjoy the evening hours in front of the TV or read a book in bed in a pleasant atmosphere. The smaller of the two bedrooms has two single beds, one of which can be folded up to give you the best possible use of the room. A third and fourth person - ideally children - can spend the night here while you let your gaze wander to the surrounding Swedish houses. Wi-Fi is available. The small daylight bathroom is completely modernized and offers a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. So that you can spend even mild summer evenings with the windows open, the apartment has mosquito screens.

You can park your car in the assigned parking space on the lower parking deck, at the entrance to the complex. Attention: Entrance height 1.90 meters. You can safely park your bikes in a bicycle room. Washing machine and dryer are available for use in the main building (for a fee).

The car-free holiday complex is also particularly suitable for families with small children, as they can play safely and use the amenities of the surrounding area, such as their own playground. For our little visitors, there are also high chairs and travel cots (with mattress but without linen).
