The stylish kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living areas feature Mexican tile floors and stunning beadboard ceilings, providing a cool coastal flair. Set within the gated Litchfield by the Sea community, this condo offers access to many resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, indoor pool and hot tub, scenic biking and jogging trails, and private beach access.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

My family and I have been going to Lichfield Beach for many years, and I have to say that this condo was one of the best places we ever stayed. It was very spacious and clean, the view of the ocean was amazing. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked. The owner left lots of notes and instructions which was very helpful. The only thing that I have to say that was not great was the internet. It was a bit slow, but everything else exceeded expectations. I want to come back and stay at the same place next year!

Great condo- very comfortable, well-stocked. Balcony was fantastic - very spacious with a fabulous view of the ocean. Definitely would like to return!

The condo was extraordinary! Super clean. The decor and amenities were new, modern and beautiful! Kudos to the owners ! Their rental is superb. I would love to come back and stay there again.
