The Breeze, The Breeze and The Breeze, a beautiful, clean and well kept villa. We had a wonderful time and truly didn’t want to leave. It was very easy to get to with easy access. We didn’t even use the AC in the kitchen/living room because of what “ The Breeze” looking forward on returning soon.

From answering questions before booking, continuing to answer inquiries very quickly after booking but before arrival, and very, very quick response to any questions or concerns during our stay, Fay, was fabulous to work with and resolved the very few concerns we had. The property was exactly as described, although so much more beautiful in person. Very quiet, peaceful and private, with spectacular view, made leaving the property to explore difficult….we were fortunate enough to spend 2 weeks, so several of the days were spent solely at the house!! The kitchen was amazing as was having an outdoor cooking area/very nice grill. The outdoor area provided both sun and shade, along with very comfortable seating/lounging and a fabulous pool and hot tub. So, so hard to leave at the end of our stay, looking forward already to a return trip!

We have zero negative feedback. The house was exactly as listed. Luxurious, clean, and more than we could have imagined. Fay was an amazing host. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Gorgeous property! Breathtaking views! Those are the thoughts that come to mind when I think of Villa Papillon. The cool ocean breeze and the warmth of the sun provide the perfect conditions to relax while taking in the stunning view. I could have spent hours each day on that deck. This villa offered a comfortable space to start our mornings and end our evenings. Our best friends, who were also celebrating their 25th anniversary, joined us for the week. We appreciated having the option of the cottage in addition to the main house for sleeping arrangements, allowing for more privacy. We greatly appreciated the amenities provided, including dish soap, body wash, shampoo, paper towels and laundry detergent as well as bath and beach towels. That freed up room in our luggage and also saved money in our wallets.My only disappointment is that we did not spend more time than we did enjoying this beautiful villa, as we devoted most of our week visiting the different beaches on St Thomas and St John. I wish our stay could have been longer! The property manager, Fay, was great to work with. She responded promptly to texts prior to our arrival and during our stay. Her professionalism and responsiveness were much appreciated.
