The Mas des Oliviers:
Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, offering you a panoramic view of the Alpes-Maritimes, this estate was born from a family passion that continues to improve to offer you an unforgettable stay.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an area of 200 square meters, followed by a real wellness area of 70 square meters with a bathroom.
The villa is built on a plot of 4000 square meters planted with bicentennial olive trees.
In a first living room there is a sofa bed with LCD flat screen as well as a desk with touch screen computer and a high-speed wifi internet connection.
The second living room with its two sofas, LCD screen and dining table for 8 is shared with an American kitchen and a large fireplace area.
Both lounges are air-conditioned, sheets and towels are provided.
In the kitchen are at your disposal all the necessary equipment as well as a minimum of supplies to start your stay off right.
A furnished terrace with a view of the Alpes-Maritimes complete the living room.
You will enjoy a moment of relaxation around the swimming pool heated up to 30 degrees from April to November.
In a 70 square meter wellness area there is a professional spa with 120 massage jets, as well as a hammam and a sauna for up to 5 people. Bathrobes and towels are provided.
Among the various outdoor activities are a ping-pong table, a slide, a bowling green, a large trampoline, a badminton net, football goals and a basketball hoop or archery equipment.

Only the cleaning fee is extra at the rate of 300€ payable on site.

May 2026, we travelled from England to spend a week at this beautiful villa and we were not disappointed!10 out of 10.Our party consisted of 6 adults, our 2 year old granddaughter and our small dog and the accommodation suited us perfectly.The inside of the villa is very spacious and tastefully decorated, the views were superb and so much to enjoy outside.2 BBQ areas, a fantastic pool, boules, trampoline, swing & slide, darts, table tennis but best of all was the huge cabin with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, shower and toilet - bifold doors simply wow!!Michel & Sebastian were the perfect hosts and all our needs were accommodated & communication with them was not a problem.Thank you both so much for memories made that we will never forget. Peter, Attiya & Family.

We had a truly wonderful holiday in this lovely house. The pool area was fantastic and used frequently – perfect for relaxation. The pool was heated which was an advantage on days with scattered clouds. The jacuzzi area was lovely, especially in the evening when you could sit and look out over the Mediterranean and watch the stars in the sky. The house and the huge garden were overall very charming and well-maintained, and we felt at home from the very first day.The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It was clear that guest comfort was a top priority.There were a few minor things that could be improved – in particular, the kitchen counters were quite low by modern standards, which could be a bit inconvenient for taller people. But this was a small detail in an otherwise very nice and well-functioning house.All in all, a great holiday experience that we can warmly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay at Villa Mas des Oliviers. All of the outdoor space was incredible -- two places to cook and eat al fresco, beautiful pool, brand new hammam/sauna. My kids (ages 6 and 10) had plenty to do with the trampoline, soccer, and archery, and the adults enjoyed the spa and pool. The location is very central to many beautiful spots including Gordon and Valbonne. We hope to be back!
