Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
If you are looking for a GREAT VALUE and a true ski-in, ski-out condo that is inexpensively priced, slope-side and steps from the slopes - you have found your Breckenridge condo!
New mattresses added November 2023. Updated dining table and chairs, couch and loveseat and patio furniture recently added.
We offer this modestly decorated ski-in ski-out condo at a great price, because the unit interior has not been upgraded. However, it sleeps comfortably and the location cannot be beat! For those of you that just need a place to hang your hat and warm up after an awesome day on the slopes, this is your condo. Please don't book if you are looking for granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
This condo is very dated, and the photos accurately represent the simple decor and furnishings. We respectfully ask that you please take the time to look at the photos before booking. Our goal is to make your vacation experience the best possible, and to receive a good rating for the value of this condo's location and not the lack of interior upgrades. We feel that the star ratings are a combination of the entire rental experience including VALUE and LOCATION. We are pricing this condo below market, as we want to make this condo available for budget minded vacationers who are looking for a place as close to skiing as possible.
Here's why you will love Breck Value Condo:
* 2 bedrooms / 2 full bathrooms
* Sleeps 8 guests comfortably
* Location, location, location! Ski-in ski-out condo steps to Rocky Mountain SuperChair
* Slope side view of skiers from the condo and mountain views
* FREE onsite garage parking included!
* Outdoor community hot tubs
* Free wireless internet
* Well-appointed kitchen perfect for dining in and home-cooked meals
* Short walk to a secure and private ski locker (out the door and down the steps) and
on the slopes in no time!
NO SMOKING POLICY and NO PET POLICY
We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and well-appointed condo for your Breckenridge vacation. We are available 24/7/365 if you have any questions or to help with any issues that may arise during your stay.

Ski-in/ski-out access so seamless it borders on cheating — and a hot tub view so obscenely good, you’ll question why you ever bothered with the slopes in the first place.Hot Tub Time machine anyone?

We loved our stay! A true ski in/ski out which was our priority. We loved the hot tubs and ski lockers were convenient. We cooked a few times and had everything we needed. Communication was great an a few minor problems were solved immediately.

The perfect location for a long weekend. The ski in and out was great. But the ease of parking... lockers... hot tub and sauna were even better. Definitely recommend this unit since it's not he same floor as the access to the slopes. so no stair! the kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils for us to cook a couple of meals. We couldn't figure out the fireplace - but the wx was nice so didn't really need it.

The location was awesome. The unit needs lots of improvements. Bedding and pillow were old. Was not able for sleeping well.
