Apartment Description

Bright, newly renovated 35-square-meter apartment for couples (4th floor in a building without an elevator; narrow stairs). Located 100 meters from the beach. Ideally situated just a 2-minute walk from the beach in Barceloneta, which is part of Ciutat Vella (Old Town), the historic center of Barcelona. Wonderful local atmosphere, with many traditional bars and seafood restaurants nearby. Balcony with a side view of the sea. The perfect apartment for being close to the beach and within a short walking distance of everything in the Old Town.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building and the stairs are narrow.

The Space

We want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. This cozy apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and fully prepared to make you feel at home. While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to change based on government decisions
