Welcoming Mallorcan countryside house in Cas Concos
Located near the village and 20 minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca.
Capacity for 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a large and spacious reception area, a lounge-dining room and a fully equipped separate kitchen. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with bathtubs.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned.
On each floor there is a terrace with impressive views.
You will undoubtedly enjoy the outdoor areas of the house to the fullest. There is a large garden area, at the back there is a barbecue area, to enjoy pleasant meals in the company of family and friends, there is also a large swimming pool and sun loungers to relax.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online check-in procedures are carried out via instant messaging outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kW/day per person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not permitted.
- 1 pet allowed maximum 10 kg // €10 per extra day
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener enters the outdoor area one or more times per week for pool maintenance.

A clean and spacious property with a generous sized swimming pool.
The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor living space was excellent.
Payment could not be made through the VRBO website, but was straightforward through Mallorca Charme.
Ideal for up to 8 people of all ages. The local area is charming, and the nearby beaches are very accessible with a short drive.
