This beautiful rental condo has 2 Bedrooms, and 2 baths on the main level and 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the 2nd level. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. This is a top-floor, 3rd-level condo. and is located 50 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.



This oceanfront property features over 1600 Square feet of living space. The master has a king-size bed with a full bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. (We can convert the twins into a king upon request). The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a full private bathroom. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area to sleep 6-8 people comfortably. Everything is brand new and professionally decorated!



There is cable TV, Internet, A/C, and Phone in the unit. There is an Inside washer/dryer as well as a Gas grill for your use on the private balcony! The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight and perfect for entertaining--built-in gas cooktop, GE Cafe Series appliances, large island with breakfast bar, and wood cabinetry. Flamingo Marina Cove 617 is turn-key and fully equipped for the best vacation possible! As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities like salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

About Flamingo Area

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 400 yards from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. This property does not have access to a communal pool.



We want to be up front with you: this property doesn’t have a pool. However, it compensates with a prime location, just steps away from sun, sand and salty water. Enjoy!

The Neighborhood:

Flamingo Beach is a great beach town with a beautiful white sand beach, shops, dining and mini-mart. Flamingo is a great home base for a multitude of area day trips including snorkeling, fishing, ATV, Catamaran, zip lining, surfing and more!



Getting Around:

You can get away without having a car. However, we can assist you to rent a car or golf cart, which is easy to do and it's easy to get around. There are also taxis at the taxi stand in town, about a 4 minute walk from the condo.
