This private vacation home is exactly what you have been waiting for! Located right on the water, this wonderful beach house is loaded with amenities and is sure to be the highlight of your next Clearwater Beach vacation.
Our Sunset Splash features 5 bedrooms and comes furnished with the best indoor and outdoor living space, offering multiple areas, and a gorgeous pool.
The interior is prime for group gatherings or one large family as it features 2500 sq ft with a airy split floor plan and multiples spaces to gather.
There are 2 main suites and a family suite. The first primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The second main bedroom has 2 Queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and a shower. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a Day bed (2 Twins). The family suite has 2 bedrooms that are connected, the first bedroom has a Queen bed with brilliant water views and the second bedroom has 2 Twins, these two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom that has a shower. The family suite has water views and also has a door that will lead to the pool patio. The living area offers a sofa bed. This property will accommodate a total of 14 guests.
There is a total of 3.5 bathrooms with a half bath near the entrance of the home.
The living area has plenty of seating and is perfect for enjoying game nights and family movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. It also offers a pool table and easy access to the pool patio.
There are 2 dining areas with abundant seating, the main dining area features a large dining table that seats 8 guests and adjacent to the kitchen is the second eating area seating 6 guests.
The well-equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the appliances and cookware needed for your family meals. It also offers an island with a cooktop and seating for 3 guests. Coffee enthusiasts will be delighted to know we have a Keurig for your morning coffee. You also have access to the pool patio from the breakfast area.
Our beautiful Clearwater Beach Home provides 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use!
You can see the gorgeous water from your living room, family suite and kitchenette area.
Additional features of this amazing home include smart fire TVs with an extensive package that offer a ton of movie channels for unlimited viewing and movies, brand new cool gel mattresses, a Wi-Fi system with 500 mgbs, laundry room, pool table, boat dock, kayaks and paddleboards with lifevests.
If you're up for a BBQ, we have an outdoor bbq heaven with natural gas, counter space and a picnic table for 6 guests. Outside you can truly enjoy paradise with plenty of seating and lounging.

We stayed at this rental the first week of June. It was a beautiful and clean property. There were 13 of us total, including some children. It was a great fit for us all. We loved the walkable distance to everything from the beach to dining to mini golf to the Pier. We had some issues with a shower drain not draining well and reached out to the host and they were very quick to get back with me and remedy the situation. In fact whenever I reached out to them about any issues or questions, they were very quick to respond and were very accomodating. Check in and check out processes were very easy. The pool table and dart board added more fun for the inside of the house and was a big hit. The swimming pool and patio outside was a hit and was a very nice relaxing area for the family. We were able to kayak in the canal but needed to wait until high tide so we could get in and out of the kayaks from the dock. Other wise, you can't kayak at other times of the day due to the fact that there is no ladder on the dock. Feed back was given to the host regarding this issue. Overall, this was a great experience and we would highly recommend this house and rental company.

House was comfortable and had plenty of room for our family group of 11. The patio, pool and dock were great and we spent most of our time there. It was a short walk to the beach and we walked to restaurants and shopping. We had good communication with the property manager.

This is our second visit to this house. Prefect location for our adults and children. They enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has a great setup and room enough for the 11 of us. Unfortunately, the house had a severe roach problem in the kitchen and family bedroom. The property manager had a exterminator pay a visit but it was too late for our visit. Hopefully they can get a handle on this situation before I could recommend or visit the house again.
