I have come here a few times in the last 15-16 years and have always enjoyed this cabin. It is starting to show its age a bit. It nothing that cannot be fixed.

Loved the cabin. Great for a couple's getaway

The name is rather deceptive, it may have been a stargazer location when it was first built but the tree growth since then keeps the sky obstructed. I almost didn’t recognize the cabin because of how different it looks from the pictures provide. That is due to normal discoloration and the trees that surround it. The floors were never swept or mopped after the last visitors and I had to clean them shortly after arrival. When the property manager got back to me asking if I wanted the cleaners to come the next morning I had already cleaned it myself. There was cereal and what looked like dog food shut up in the pull out couch bed. We did enjoy the outside fireplace and hot tub but I was really looking forward to seeing the stars while relaxing in the hot tub but was sadly disappointed.
