PEACHTREE is a new community in northeast Foley, AL. Sweet Escapes is a 4-bedroom house newly built within Peachtree known for peace and tranquility - away from the hustle and bustle. However, it is also minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, the regional hospital, etc. Of course, there’s the beach: a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach where the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white beaches attract all ages.
The single-story house is 4 bedrooms and 3 baths located on an exterior lot with privacy behind it. It includes 9 ft. ceiling heights, with 10 ft. trey ceilings in the living room and primary bedroom. The kitchen and baths have granite counters and Shaker-style painted cabinets. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a huge island opens to the living room, and a large walk-in pantry for your groceries. A delight for those who love to cook and entertain. The primary bedroom is very spacious with 2 walk-in closets! The primary bath has a large shower, soaking tub, double vanity sinks, and a separate water closet. Mohawk Enhanced 7.5-inch vinyl plank flooring throughout - NO carpet in this home! A 3-car garage is available for your parking needs. Property was clean and ready. Very convenient to Orange Beach. Will stay here again.

House was very beautiful. It was very large and spacious with a minimalist decorative appeal. Didn’t need to really worry about the kids breaking anything lol but the kids did enjoy the big open space that they were able to run around and play. It was extremely clean and the management company it was easily able to be contacted and responded right away.

The house is a good size and the living spaces were comfortable. The house is listed as “new” construction. It was built in 2022 and there has been little maintenance done on the outside of the house since new. The front entry needs to be power washed to clean off the dirt and bugs and the porch floor needs repainting. The overhead light on the front porch and the back patio need replacing. The smoke detector in the primary bedroom is disconnected which is a safety violation. The house was in a very good location for the family activities we attended and if I need to, I would reserve again.
