The open floor plan from the kitchen, dining, and living area embraces the ocean views from the oversized private balcony. The living room features a large Smart TV with Hulu online streaming. The dining area has seating for six in addition to the bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the daily necessities.
The master bedroom has a King bed and newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each room is equipped with its own TV and closet. Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)There is also a full-size washer/dryer.
There are many beach access options located directly across the street in addition to a variety of fun activities for the family. These include a volleyball court, playground, putt-putt, basketball court, Skate Park, concession stand, and beachside restaurants.

Beautiful condo, clean, many amenities, added bonus of bikes, beach chairs in the garage. Beautiful balcony with patio furniture overlooking the retaining pond and ocean. The toilets were a little bit high for my 5‘2“ frame. We laughed that my feet didn’t touch the ground. I would suggest a little footstool or squatty potty bench. but we will definitely be back!! can’t say enough Good about this wonderful place. We were there for a destination wedding and I had asked about whether there was an iron/ ironing board and when I got there, there was one (she didn’t know for sure but said she would go out and buy one if needed) I really really appreciated that. Thank you!! What a fabulous weekend.!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Nice place, one of the bathrooms had a broken bathtub that they repaired but teenagers wouldn’t use it. Was told they plan on replacing it in the future.

This condo was a great fit for my family (wife and two young boys) and I on our vacation to Amelia Island. We went to the beach every day and were grateful for the beach chairs and wagon, as well as the proximity to the beach, which made getting there super easy. The balcony was also nice to spend time on enjoying the water views and warm air. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen items, towels, and basics like paper towels and laundry and dishwasher detergent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this condo again if we return to the area in the future!

The condo was everything we had pictured and more. It was so beautiful and the there of us loved our bedroom! The place was clean and so organized The ground were delightful and clean. We had to change our original dates because of a hurricane, Dana was so helpful and always cheerful! I felt like I was talking with a friend. We would give them 10 stars if we could!
