Plus, it's fully insulated and climate-controlled for year-round fun. Forget awkward silences – get ready for epic board game battles and friendly ping-pong tournaments!
Beyond the walls of fun, you're just minutes from Bear Lake's best attractions, making day trips and spontaneous adventures a daily occurrence. After all that exploring, our top-of-the-line beds ensure you'll get a great night's rest. Even adventurers need their beauty sleep!

You'll be just 3 minutes from Bear Lake State Marina for all your water sports and beach needs, and 18 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, perfect for powder hounds. You're also minutes from 500 miles of snowmobile/ATV trails and 52 miles of paved bike paths. Plus, there are two fantastic golf courses just 15 minutes away.
Dreamy Bedrooms & Flexible Sleeping:
Each of our three bedrooms features top-of-the-line bedding, ensuring you sleep like royalty after a day of adventure. We've got space for everyone, so no one draws the short straw on the couch (unless they want to!). The Primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin ottoman, sleeping 3. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a full hide-a-bed, accommodating 3-4 guests. Bedroom 3 features an oversized queen bed, sleeping 2. The Living Room also includes a full hide-a-bed and a twin ottoman, sleeping 2-3.
Convenience & Group Friendly:
Enjoy hassle-free parking with two designated spots in the driveway, plus nearby overflow parking for extra vehicles or toys. If you're planning a large gathering, we're group friendly! We manage 16 almost identical units in the development, so we can often accommodate big groups wanting to stay close together. Just ask!

Very clean with great access to the lake and pickleball courts. Two of the bedrooms are quite small. We had 8 people in our group, and would have been more comfortable with six. The teenagers enjoyed the garage turned into a game room.

Excellent location with walking distance to downtown area! Easy access for boat/toy parking. Very responsive! British invasion rock n roll vibe. Fun!

We loved our stay, check in was easy, condo has such a cute theme throughout, the kids (and adults) loved all the fun games in the garage, and easy access to all the popular locations in town was awesome! We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host thought of everything and then some. Our children really enjoyed the game room. Watching movies and playing games on a 100" TV is a game changer. The host was friendly and responsive. We would absolutely recommend this rental and will be coming back for future vacations.l
