This amazing 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 14 in the family oriented Villages of Crystal Beach has just been updated. Enjoy two full size living rooms so everyone can spread out and relax. We are just around the corner from the beautiful zero entry resort pool complete with waterfalls and a hot tub. The white sand beach is 3 blocks away or enjoy the seasonal beach shuttle.

This house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. All six of the bedrooms boast comfy beds and flat-screen Smart TVs to ensure a great stay for everyone.
The primary suite is on the main floor and features a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. .
The second and third bedrooms are both located on the second floor and feature king beds.
The remaining three bedrooms are on the third floor. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both boast comfy king beds and direct access to the private balcony, while the sixth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-sized bunk bed.

You'll never have to wait around for too long for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious home features three full bathrooms plus an additional half bath. All three full bathrooms are stocked with a starter supply of basic toiletries, fresh towels, and hair dryers for your convenience. The first bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom on the first floor and features a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a luxurious soaking tub. There is also a convenient half bath located on the main floor off the main living room. The second full bathroom sits on the second level and boasts a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. The third bathroom is on the third floor and has a shower/tub combo.

The full kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. Once you're ready to eat, you can sidle up to the kitchen island (seating for two) or eat as a big group at the large dining room table (seating for ten). In addition to the main kitchen on the first floor, there is a small kitchenette on the second level with a mini fridge, microwave, and sink - perfect for preparing snacks or popcorn for a movie night! There are two different living rooms - one spacious lounge on the first floor and one on the second. Both are equipped with comfortable couches and flat-screen Smart TVs. The upper-level living room has a Ms Pac-Man/Galaga arcade console and a kitchenette with a milkshake bar, mini fridge, bar sink, and microwave.

Guests can get outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine on two private balconies located on the second and third levels of the home. Both balconies have comfortable seating areas - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. There is a BBQ off the main level so you can grill your favorite foods.
In addition to the home's private outdoor space, you're welcome to enjoy the private community amenities, including the resort's zero-entry, lagoon-style resort pool (heated during peak seasons). If you prefer the white sand beaches to the pool, you can hop on the free shuttle that transports guests between the resort and the beach. Please note that this shuttle is only available during peak times (more info below).

The property was amazing and the hosts were so sweet. They are super quick with responses and everything was just amazing.

We loved our stay here! We had all ages of kiddos from ages 2-18 and was well suited for all ages. Loved having the beach cart and chairs, was a 10 minute walk to the beach but there was a shuttle service from 10-4 if you preferred not to walk. There was a nice community pool 1/2 block away that all the kids loved. The beds were super comfortable and everyone slept well. Hosts checked in on us via message to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Large house and fit our two families well. Kitchen is a little small but well equipped. Pool was great and a short walk to the beach. Communication was fast and easy.

The property wasn't clean. We contacted the owner about visibly dirty pillowcases and cereal on the kitchen floor and they came out right away to change the pillowcases. But there is no way we felt like it was truly clean. And then, while packing, we found an open bottle of spit from chew and medication that belonged to a previous renter. So any questions about whether the property was actually clean...well, it wasn't.
Additionally, it says sleeps 16. There are only bed for 12, plates for maybe 10, glasses for 12, the kitchen is very small. We had 16, 12 were children and there really wasn't enough space.
We have stayed in Villages of Crystal Beach five times over the last 13 years (usually if we are going with a big group) and this will be our last stay. The neighborhood has just gotten very rundown. The beach tram is now a van that you have to call for instead of a golf cart that is just always running. It just wasn't as good as it has been previously and the run down house didn't help.
For the price, you can definitely find something better.
