Step back into 1898 with all the comforts of modern day conveniences. 2 bedroom, one bath, with 1200 square feet of wood deck and flagstone patio overlooking the center of the Town of Jerome and the entire Verde Valley. Easy (vertical) walking distance to the center of town shops, wineries, restaurants. Great year round weather and peaceful mountain air evenings. Stay in a 127 years old house which was buried in mud and abandoned for 60 years.
The John Riordan House is the highest rentable space available in Jerome. It is located directly above the center of town with fantastic views of the town and valley below.

Because of the steep terrain and gravel roads, we do not allow motorcycles at the property. This is for safety of both our guests and our direct neighbors.

When we arrived it was an interesting adventure to actually get to the property but so worth it. Jaw dropping amazing!! The property itself and the history just defies all logic. You have to see this place to appreciate the process. Really unbelievable except you are standing in the middle of beautiful restoration and incredible hard work.

We had a great stay at the John Riorden house. Loved sitting on the porch in the evening and feeling the summer breeze and also being on the porch in the morning breeds the wonderful breezes. If you follow the directions sent on how to get to the house, it’s easy peasy. A four-wheel-drive would be helpful, but not necessary. The history of the house is evident throughout and we enjoyed reading about it.
