The Space:

Soft alpine light filters through tall evergreens as the mountains rise just beyond the windows. After a day on the slopes, you return to a warm, welcoming townhome where the hot tub steams in the crisp mountain air and a presto log fireplace glows inside. This bright end-unit retreat at Snowgoose offers a peaceful base in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, surrounded by forest and close to the mountain.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to host up to ten guests, the townhouse features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across multiple levels. The upper-floor primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite with a glass shower. Another bedroom features a king-split bed that can be arranged as twins and an ensuite with a bathtub and shower. The fourth bedroom includes two sets of bunk beds, making it a convenient setup for families or groups traveling together.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring natural light into the living room while framing the surrounding mountain and forest scenery. Comfortable seating invites you to relax by the presto log fireplace after a day outdoors or settle in for a movie on the TV. A dedicated workspace near the primary bedroom provides a quiet spot for remote work or reading. Air-conditioning is available in the living room and primary bedroom for added comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Gather for meals at the breakfast nook or the round dining table, each seating six. The nearby balcony includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, offering a relaxed place to enjoy the fresh mountain air.



Outdoor living

On the lower deck, the hot tub provides a peaceful space to unwind while surrounded by forest. A spacious mudroom makes it easy to store gear and transition comfortably from outdoor adventures to a quiet evening inside.



Neighborhood

Set in the quiet Blackcomb Benchlands area, the home offers seasonal ski access from Lower Cruiser Run on Blackcomb Mountain when snow conditions allow. Lost Lake and its scenic trails are within walking distance, while a nearby free shuttle connects you easily to Whistler Village and the Upper Village for lifts, shops, and dining.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Snowgoose is located in Whistler’s Blackcomb Benchlands, set in a quiet, forested area near Lost Lake and the Chateau Whistler Golf Course. Guests enjoy ski-in access from Blackcomb Mountain in winter and easy walking or biking access to the Valley Trail and Lost Lake Park in summer. The free village shuttle stops nearby, making it simple to reach Whistler Village and the Upper Village without a car.



Getting Around:

• 15-minute walk to Blackcomb Mountain Gondola

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• 5-minute walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Course

• 10-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• Free shuttle to village: Exit the complex onto Blackcomb Way and turn left, the bus stop will be on the right going uphill



Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There are two wall air conditioners, one in the dining room and one in the primary bedroom, each controlled by a panel on the unit.

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes may be stored in the shared underground parkade using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
