Nice home for a reasonable price. Had a small issue with the hot tub but the host came right out and addressed it. Kids loved the pool and spent many hours using it. Close to Disney. Would definitely stay again

We had a really nice stay at this home in Kissimmee. The property was just as described on VRBO—clean, comfortable, and a great space for relaxing. The location was convenient, and overall it worked well for our trip. The only issue we ran into was with the hot tub. We were able to enjoy it the first couple of nights, but after that we couldn’t get the temperature warm enough to comfortably use it. We may have just been missing something, but we did want to mention it for future guests and the host.Aside from that, everything else met our expectations, and we appreciated the opportunity to stay here.—If you want, I can make it a little warmer/more enthusiastic or a little more direct depending on the tone you’re going for

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The host responded to our questions in a timely manner. The kitchen was fully stocked and had new stainless steel appliances. The pool and hot tub were heated and felt great after a long day at the parks. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was very roomy & the bedrooms were spaced out from each other. We had to contact the owner after the first night because he had forgotten to turn the gas on for us to use the heater. The temperature in the house was 67 degrees when we woke up that morning. The owner came about 90 minutes later to turn on the heat. I also had to ask the owner for additional blankets as there were no extra blankets provided in the house. We had another problem with the pool not being heated on the Wednesday. I messaged the owner but by the time we left the Saturday he still had not responded to us. I was disappointed in that communication. The beds were comfortable but the fixtures in the bathrooms could use some updating as they were very old. The thermostat was preset to certain temperatures so we had to adjust it to the roller coaster weather Florida was having that week. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but some of the nonstick pots & pans definitely needed to be replaced. The driveway was only able to fit 2 cars so our 3rd car had to park in the street. The house had no lights in the living room so we had to move lamps from the other rooms in order to be able to see at night. The listing said beginning supplies would be provided but there was only one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There was no pods to wash the dishes in the dishwasher nor was their any starting laundry detergent. The kitchen also did not have any dishtowels/pot holders
