Each condo is meticulously decorated and furnished according to the owner's unique style. Essential kitchen appliances and supplies including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets/comforter are provided for your convenience.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.

Chairs on the porch were broken. You couldn’t even sit in them the couch was fine. The towels weren’t in in the bathroom at all you provided comforters but no, she like it should be listed a little clearer online that you didn’t have that stuff available. The place is beautiful, however centrally located to everything easy access to the beach having the dock was nice. My son and I sat on the dock quite a bit.
