Everything was maintained, nice comfortable furniture lots of amenities included.It was hard for the AC to cool us down when we first came in. We were so hot. We left the AC on came back later was still hot till the sun went down. We had a loft and the loft was quite warm. We had to leave the front sliding door open at night just to get air in the loft. We just did that every night so it was manageable. Every condo is different. I would recommend staying here, great price, great location, beautiful place. very affordable for three people.Great location, near restaurants, stores, beaches, shopping,scenic views.Jeri at check-in was so informative and was happy to answer any questions.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from Kihei town and steps away from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was truly magical. The place itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot in Maui and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Hale Kamaole complex and location. Room 258 needs some TLC. Carpets were dirty there were lumps under the carpet and there were dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor. The amenities in the room were lacking. I have stayed at other units that were much better. This unit should be charging less money than other units of the same size.
