With three cozy bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, it’s just right for a small family or a group of friends looking for a getaway. Plus, guests can take advantage of fantastic amenities, including a grill, a lovely deck, a grassy lawn, and an inviting outdoor dining area with a table and chairs.
You’ll be just 5 minutes from the serene Lake Leelanau, 15 minutes from the charming towns of Leland and Northport, and 20 minutes from bustling Traverse City. LOVED IT!! Very clean and spacious, great location and walking distance to Suttons Bay. Its the perfect house to explore Leelanau peninsula. This house is great to accommodate a few people or up to 6. Comfortable sized rooms too!

It was very large, much larger than the pictures seem to appear. We were a group of 5 and it felt plenty spacious. When it says walkable, it really is. Just a few minutes to downtown and to the beach. Suttons Bay is such a lovely place. We had a lovely stay.

We woke up one morning to a woman in our kitchen. She lived downstairs and was trying to get into the garage to get her car. She said this was the only access? And cannot park anywhere else. The same couple living downstairs, on many occasions we experienced them lurking around the property. A very uneasy feeling. Would recommend to the owners to make it clear to renters that the downstairs renters have access to the rental property.
