This light and airy Cape Cod Cottage was built in 1950 but was completely renovated in 2013. It is located on a small road that ends at a marsh and is an easy ten-minute drive from the Bourne Bridge. There is a lovely stone patio to use to enjoy your meals or read a book. Enjoy alfresco dining on the stone patio. There is a large gas grill and plenty of room to eat and to enjoy the day. A hammock in the front yard is a great way to read a book or nap. There are casual restaurants, a grocery store, playground and churches all within a ten-minute walk. There is a small beach under a mile away where you can swim, sun, or just watch the boats or glorious sunsets. There are several nearby beaches under a 15-minute drive as well as other attractions and restaurants. The owner has provided some swim gear for you to enjoy as well as toys and games for visiting children.
