Great property as advertised and close enough for a short walk to the club house

Buyer beware. This house is a fine place to stay with a family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had a place to sleep comfortably and having your own private pool is great. The caution comes from the fact that Championsgate is not staffed to enforce the rental policies. Every house on our street must have had 18-20 people staying in it. The houses are very close together and no one adheres to the noise policies or party policies. The amount and type of smoking going on was terrible. The community enforces zero rules at the pool and there are no lifeguards. My 8 year old daughter was shoved done the water slide by a boy that was too old to be interested in that water slide. She came down on another girl who hadn’t gotten out of the way. I don’t know what it’s like during other times of the year but do not book this house or any house in this community during a summer holiday unless you are prepared for complete and utter chaos. But the house itself is fine.
