The space
Living area: a large window lets in sunlight throughout the day; a sofa, a table for dining or work, TV and air conditioning.
Kitchen: oven, stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, kitchen utensils and cooking basics.
Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed, a large closet and a smaller vintage closet.
Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a large shower and the washing machine.
Outside: a balcony and access to the small green garden.

The apartment sleeps 2 guests. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a safe are provided.

Urban Orange is on a quiet street in the centre of Rethymno, near the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour, with restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Useful distances: the nearest beach is about 1.4 km away, a pharmacy about 300 m, the supermarket about 700 m and the main sights about 1.5 km.

Getting around: in town a car is not necessary, as the Old Town, the Venetian Harbour, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. By road, Chania airport is approx. 65 km, Chania port (Souda) approx. 50 km, Heraklion airport approx. 85 km and Heraklion port approx. 80 km. Parking: free street parking around the building; no on-site parking.

Good to know before booking:
- The apartment sleeps 2 guests. Only guests registered on the reservation may stay, and visitors are not permitted.
- Check-in 16:00 to 23:00, check-out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00. This is a residential neighbourhood and the neighbours live here year-round, so please keep noise low, especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
- No parties, events or gatherings. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only, never inside.
- ID details are required for all guests under Greek law.
- Hot water is switched on with the grey button on the main electrical board and is ready in about 20 minutes.
- Cleaning: for stays of up to 7 days, cleaning with fresh towels and amenities every 4 days; for longer stays, a full clean once every 7 days plus fresh towels and amenities.
- No one lives on site. Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk.

THE BUILDING

· Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00. We are in a residential neighbourhood and our neighbours live here year-round. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially on the balcony and in the stairwell.
· Please dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins before departure.

GENERAL

· Please report any damage or malfunction to our service desk immediately.
· Hot Water: To turn on the hot water, please check the main electrical board for the fuse with the grey button. Press the grey button, and the water will heat up automatically within approximately 20 minutes.
· The cleaning schedule is as follows:
For bookings of up to 7 days, the cleaning lady comes every 4 days and provides fresh towels and amenities.
For bookings longer than 7 days, the cleaning lady provides a full cleaning once every 7 days, in addition to fresh towels and amenities.
· Guests are responsible for the keys. A replacement fee applies for lost keys. If you are locked outside, please call Locksmith (if you get locked out) at +30 697 405 4000.
· ID details are required for all guests, as required by Greek law.
