Sleeping Quarters: One spacious master bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds.
Living Area: A large, air-conditioned living room featuring satellite TV and a comfortable double sofa bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped (including oven, toaster, and freezer) with direct access to the terrace.

The villa is everything the pictures say it is. The views are spectacular. The breezes off the water are nice. The hosts are always available and run a really nice shop right at the top of the stairs. In the square you have a very nice restaurant where the food is very good. Within a 10 minute walk you have two restaurants, shops, cappuccino, and desserts that are fantastic. Walking to the public beach is down stairs and it takes a good 20 minutes. The public beach also has a restaurant a shop for ice cream and a place to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. For just a few more dollars (vs renting chairs and umbrellas) you can skip alot of the stairs and go to the Belvedere Beach club, which is pretty spectacular, with several decks, areas to jump in the sea and a very reasonable luch menu. Also, you can get a ride back up to the villa in for a fair fee. The water and jumping areas are amazing. The hosts, Sabatino and Nunzia, are quite gracious. Sabatino was raised here and has an amazing story. The “town” seems like one big (actually not so big as I believe only 400 people live here) family which you sense at night in the square. Nunzia is always available to set up day trips and rides. We rented a boat with a captain for a six hour tour of the Amalfi coast, and it was incredible. We stopped and swam several times and had lunch a a very nice restaurant mid way. Cant say enough about the hosts or the villa! We would absolutely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful with amazing views. The location is very good, close to a couple restaurants, shops and food market. Sabatino and Nunzia were extremely helpful.

The property is beautiful and situated in a great location, steps away from the main road. The place was clean, the air-conditioning worked, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were unbelievable. They made sure that our day was amazing and unforgettable..

We had a wonderful stay, the host was absolutely superb and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. He was welcoming, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance or had questions.The house was spotless, well-maintained, and everything functioned perfectly throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to the care and hospitality provided by the host.We greatly appreciated the warm atmosphere, excellent communication, and attention to detail. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Italy, and we would be delighted to return in the future.Excellent options to eat around the area with walking distance. He also connected us with a parking place, not to mention the views from the house are amazing!
