Be aware that the property is in a newer area on the edge of town, meaning it's pleasant and modern but it takes 20-30 minutes by car to go downtown

Excellent location, super comfortable mattress, great staff, cool air conditioning and great ambience in the room.
Quite dusty in the room, furniture quite worn and unable to access streaming apps on the television.

I like the 2 bedroom hotels. Everything inside the room is amazing. But, the 5th floor lobby near lift needs a proper lamp. Too dark. Other than that, we have amazing stays here. We used the washing machine, the microwave, stove, fridge, and everything. Always loved our stay in Ascott. The staff were amazing, the room was clean 💛

Good location, near a big shopping mall, and not too far from the airport.
Good sized apt. / room with a bath tub.
Interior / furniture probably time to refurbish.
Holes in the sofa (looks like from cigarette butt).
Drinks / liquid marks on the tables surface.

Rooms are not well maintained and dusty not proper cleaned, specially when a side table is moved (full dusty)
House keeping is not proper cleaning the rooms.

Breakfast can be improved. The staff at breakfast were not welcoming. Some were rude.

Room is spacious, perfect for family with kids. Everything inside the room is exactly as it is seen in the photos.

Everything is perfect especially the size of the the whole room, it has Kitchenette and bath tub. The location is perfect, exactly right the opposite of the biggest shopping centre in town. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. The staff was friendly. Parking lot is easy. It's a perfect place to have a staycation.
Breakfast wasn't really amazed me.
