Pelican Lagoon boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, creating a private oasis for relaxation. There is also a desk for any work needs. Gather in the spacious, open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or enjoying a cozy movie night, this space is perfect for making memories.
Step outside and be enchanted by the large screened-in deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and a cozy sitting area. Enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a family meal in the fresh air. The heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip year-round. For beach days, we've got you covered with four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, a cooler, corn hole, and ping pong for some extra fun.

DOCK/BOATS: Dock is approximately 15ft. There are low bridges to reach the main waterways with only about 6ft of clearance depending on the tides.

The property is in a great location. Had reservations about backing onto the creek but it was great, very peaceful, no beasties, lots of fish jumping. The upstairs screened outside area was great. The pool was very nice, lots of towels and cushions for sitting out. It was very well equipped with enough essentials like soap, dishwasher tablets, napkins etc to last a full week. Could do with some more delicate cups and more wine glasses, but overall very good. The only issue was the garden guy who turned up to blow leaves. Ended up with dust everywhere and in the pool. This service should be dropped by the owners / SATO Real Estate.

We had a fantastic time staying for just over a week. The house was very large for a three bedroom, was all very new, spotless and the kitchen very well stocked. The veranda was our favourite place to hang out, with netting, ceiling fans, a good area to sit and separate to dine. And of course the pool and view over the deck was great. The letting agent was very quick to respond and fixed the minor issue (pool boiler not turned on) within an hour of the office opening. A wonderful house and we would definitely recommend!
