Behind the kitchen and dining area is a fully enclosed and furnished sunroom with its own access to the deck. A great spot for reading a book or quiet conversation with friends away from the activity of the main living area.

The large multi-level deck is perfect for evening hangouts and is furnished with a table, rocking chairs and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Step right off the ground level deck to head straight to the beach, only a five minute walk away.
