The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the living room by the classic "Pombaline Crosses", a very characteristic detail in Lisbon! There is a dining table for 6, a TV with over 100 channels and Wi-Fi.

The location is great, and the flat was very nice. Our only concern about the flat was a loose (?broken) doorknob on the main door, which we mentioned to our host. We also found insufficient dish towels to dry the dishes we washed, and no paper towels, which are also nice to have. Also note, if you’re concerned about slipping in the shower, there are no grab bars in the shower, and no towel bars in the bathroom. Lastly, the air conditioning in the main living area was great, but there was none in the bedrooms. No parking lot on site, but an underground lot down the hill and across the street. We were unclear about the cost, and our host had no info about it either. (Note to those with cars, we learned it is 25 Euro per 24 hrs).

Lovely, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of the historic Alfama region of Lisbon. Nice view of Tagus River out of the windows….and a loft that grows on arrival and departure days with luggage
Comfortable beds and a portable air conditioning unit so we could cool off the sleeping rooms, which can be connected if you open up both sets of French doors between the rooms.
The master en suite bathroom is interesting as it’s all glass so a little different privacy level than we are used to lol, but there’s a second bathroom so it’s no issue.
We had a wonderful stay, walkable to di much local stuff and the apartment is well stocked- excellent and highly recommend!
