Great location and setting. It’s quiet and clean. My only complaint is that the pullout couch mattress is small and VERY uncomfortable. It needs to be updated and it’s a stretch that it sleeps two. So overall sleeping 6 comfortably is not a true description of the unit. More like sleeps 4.

We were very pleased with our stay at Aspen Alps. Unbeatable location in downtown Aspen. Very helpful staff. The property accepted our Service Dog which is a big benefit for us. Very clean with a fully outfitted kitchen. Lovely grounds. After one visit, this will be our preferred place to stay in Aspen.
