The duplex is very comfortable and accessible via a flight of stairs. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room, fully equipped American kitchen and access to two terraces, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and views. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so you can prepare your meals with comfort. On the upper floor are located the two bedrooms, each with a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, shower tray and bathtub, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a shower tray.
