Cocoonr is pleased to offer this stunning, tastefully renovated south-facing villa for rent in the town of Baden. With a floor area of 177 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Less than a kilometre from the beach and the coastal footpaths, with free Wi-Fi. We’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 52 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Three separate toilets
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful 2,800 m² garden
- A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Baden, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage and private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: 1h30
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique – 1 hour 45 minutes
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- External contractors carry out rubbish collection on a regular basis and independently. They may therefore visit during your stay. We do not always have their schedule far enough in advance to be able to provide you with the collection dates before your arrival.
