Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Quality is evident everywhere in this 2 bedroom/1 bath condo. The soft colors throughout this condo are very relaxing and just what you need to unwind at the beach. The sounds of the ocean can lull you to sleep each night along with looking out your bedroom window and seeing only a sky full of stars. The pure white sand on the beach is what made Gulf Shores famous. If you love to go “shelling” this is the place to be. This unit is direct Gulf Front!!!
This condo has been completely redecorated from top to bottom and has all the comforts of home. Comfortable seating in the living room area along with a new flat screen TV for you to enjoy, if you can tear your eyes off the ocean view right outside the door. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a beautiful backsplash and every small appliance you need, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mixer, and blender. And of course, a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious bedding that contributes to a wonderful night’s sleep. A door from the master bedroom goes out to the balcony. Two bedside tables along with good lighting help for nighttime reading in bed! The guest bedroom has twin beds. The sofa sleeper opens to a queen size bed.
This unit is located in the heart of Gulf Shores at 913 West Beach Blvd. Only 9/10’s of a mile from the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 182. We are in a small complex that consists of only 36 units, all units are accessed by stairs, no elevator on premises. This unit is on the second floor. The complex is very family oriented. We have two grills on the property for our guests. Under the unit is covered parking for two vehicles. A small convenience store is located directly across the street. This is a no smoking and no pets allowed condo.
All of the fun things to do are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The largest Farris Wheel in the Southeast, a Waterpark, Zoo, Amusement Park, miniature golf, parasailing, three 14 screen cinemas, Tangler Outlet Mall and of course the best seafood restaurants in the South.

Beautiful property! Everything in listing is accurate. I was worried when I saw the small pool, but we never had any issues with too many guests in it. My only complaint would be the living room furniture is not very comfortable. We don’t spend a lot of time inside, but we do like to be comfortable when we have to. You can’t beat the balcony view! We even saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. We were there the week after July 4, but things were not too busy at all. The beach was not crowded. No long waits in traffic or for food. Wonderful vacation from start to finish!

I could share with you about the wonderful location, the cleanliness of the unit, the ease of check-in, or the beautiful view from the balcony, and those would all be TRUE!However, the most noticeable part of renting this unit is the person behind it, Angelo! From my first inquiry about the unit over 6 months ago, to our recent stay, he has been:-Kind-Helpful-Timely-Responsive-Honest-ThoughtfulAnd listing those few things feels like an understatement. We have rented units across the Gulf Coast for years, and while many great owners exist, you’d be hard pressed to find a better owner to rent from than Angelo. We are already planning our next vacation to Gulf Shores, and will be booking with Angelo again. We highly suggest the unit, the location, and the owner in your pursuit of a quality Gulf Shores vacation. Thanks, Angelo!

Our second stay in the property. Our favorite spot is the balcony. Great spot for reading and relaxing. Owner is very responsive and sent someone to correct an issue when it came up.
