We had an excellent stay at Island Breeze. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was nicely decorated and we loved the open layout. The walk to the beach was super quick and they provided chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a nice wagon to pull which was convenient. The pool was perfect for the kids and it was such a fun hang out area for the night. Our house was clean, and I was impressed with the amount of pots, pans, containers, and plateware available for use. The beds were comfortable and quiet. The only complaint we really have was the air conditioner was very loud, especially when it kicked on and turned off during the night. The washer and dryer are also loud, so I wouldn’t recommend running them at night. Make sure to bring salt, pepper, and whatever other spices you need for cooking. Also, clothes pins would have been nice to utilize the clothes line. We were SO pleased with our stay, and would definitely rebook this home in the future.

We had a lovely stay and will be back! The house and pool area were spotless. We had gotten in earlier than expected and were able to check in early. When we stopped to get our t-shirt, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We look forward to staying there again!

The perfect property for a family of four. Plenty of space and parking, pool area is phenomenal. 4 houses from the beach access. This area of beach is not crowded and the sunsets are amazing. Beach cart was especially useful. You are on a street next to some absolutely incredible homes. Great location close to Pine Ave. We will seek this property out again for our next visit, 100%.

The tiki bar was no longer on the property. They should upgrade the pictures on line. Also, house had very minimal necessities. Plan on a few trips to grocery store for paper towels, napkins, toilet paper etc. Shampoo/conditioner/soap were very small and would not last more than a day or two.
