Elm St Charmer- Enjoy the detail and character of a 1910 farmhouse with high-end upgrades in this inviting 5 bed/3 bath Three Oaks home. Great for multiple families or groups coming to town for a wedding, with separate hang out spaces for adults and children. A convenient 6min walk to the downtown area, enjoy the shopping/dining/entertainment without needing to drive! Newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and Viking stove, and modern air conditioning.
Also close to beaches, breweries, restaurants, kayaking, wineries, antique shops, fruit farms, art galleries, and farmer's markets. Splits the distance between the best local wineries and New Buffalo, making this the perfect getaway. House comes equipped with all you'd need to for a stress free getaway, including a stocked kitchen.
Main floor has great open area for entertaining/family meal time- including bench seating, couch/loveseat, and large kitchen table. Main floor also includes:
- Bedroom #1: queen bed
- Bathroom #1: full bathroom, tub/shower combo
- Additional sitting area for coffee and/cocktails
On the second floor you will find:
- Master bedroom : queen bed
- Master bathroom : shower/tub combo

Three Oaks was an unexpected gem for our family getaway over the holiday weekend! The rental property was in a quiet residential area outside downtown. The actual house was very spacious with a large enough common area for our family of 8 adults and a toddler to eat and hang out together, and enough quiet places people could also spread out and enjoy time alone. The updated kitchen was very well supplied. The owner even added window AC units to ensure we were comfortable during some of the hottest days of the summer. It was within a mile of many great activities right in Three Oaks that we took advantage of and I would recommend - Watkins Park (ball fields, trails, and a huge wooden play area), Alan Ray's (coffee shop/bookstore with awesome pastries), Froehlich's Bakery (bakery/restaurant), Journeyman's Distillery (tours and restaurant, 18 hole putting green), Dewey Cannon park, Acorn Theatre. Additionally, we were close and enjoyed activities in nearby towns and outdoor areas such as: New Buffalo (yummy donuts at a food truck), Union Pier (Union Pier Social for dinner & live entertainment), Warren Woods State Park, Warren Dunes State Park, Galien River County Park. The only activity we weren't able to fit in was a trip to the Lavendar Bliss Flower Farm in Bridgman. A great home base that helped make our vacation outstanding!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The home fit 6 adults and 6 kids very comfortably. The town of Three Oaks was fun to explore and only a short drive from the I-94.

It has a very homey feel and is in easy walking distance from downtown Three Oaks. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are high quality. This was our second stay at the house. We have family and friends who are longtime residents of Three Oaks and staying at this property is like coming home The property owner is easy to work with. She earns the 5 star rating

The house is in a great location. It was well stocked and the appliances and fixtures are all up to date. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice. Only downside is that it was a very hot weekend and if there is air conditioning upstairs (which i do not believe there is) was not working. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm. Lower level was great.
