The home is clean and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where we felt very safe walking our dogs. The yard is not fenced in, so leashes are a must. The home does need updating, which I’m told will be done in the coming months. The owner was very responsive. Overall, it definitely met our needs

The house was pleasant, clean very well maintained. Very close to the boardwalk. Short drive. However, The outside was not inviting, ants, spiders and the furniture looked like no one has used it in years. Couldn't use the outside patio at all. We like to sit out and have our coffee in the nature. We were also NOT told there would be an additional person renting the garage space as a studio apartment, and was told there were certain items to help us so we didn’t have to pack them. There was none. We also had to pay additional monies due to the host telling us that the rental company VRBO listed the house wrong. It was either pay or lose the place to stay, sort of felt a little black mailey to me.. you wanted my honest answer there you have it.
