This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is the perfect getaway for groups of up to eight – and with both bedrooms being suites with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share! In the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace with gorgeous stacked stone. There’s also lots of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain.
The fully equipped, updated kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table four more at the breakfast bar. Or if you feel like dining out, you’ll love being just steps from all the restaurants and shops Main Street Breckenridge has to offer, as well as having easy access to the free shuttle to take you around town and the mountain in both the summer and winter!
This condo is a short walk (or shuttle ride) from the Snowflake lift. You can also ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo. The complex features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.
Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Really nice property! Stayed with another couple and it was very comfortable for a group of four. Easy walk to everything in the summer, great central location. A little traffic noise, but didn't really bother us and worth the trade-off to be close to everything. Would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful condo, very clean and every detail was thought of. Great location that was close to everything. Quick walk to town for amazing dinners and great shopping and it easy to get to the gondola. Wish the snow pack was better this year, but this will give us a reason to come back again soon and would re-book this condo without hesitation.
