There are two primary bedrooms in the condo, each with direct ocean and pier views, 39” flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms.
The first primary has both balcony access and a top quality Tempur-Pedic mattress for a great night’s sleep every time!
The third bedroom features two double beds and a 32” flat screen TV, and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans as well.
WATER LOVER’S PARADISE:
The pool areas and amenities at the Prince Resort are second to none, and to say this resort has a pool is a huge understatement. Just downstairs on the 9th floor is a huge pool deck featuring a pool, lazy river, and a hot tub.
There are not many places in town where you can sit in a hot tub or float down the lazy river and simultaneously watch the waves of the majestic Atlantic roll in! There is also workout facility in the building with large windows overlooking the ocean marsh. You’ll never be so happy to go exercise!
There is also an oceanfront pool and nice restaurant – 3500 Ocean Grill (grill open in season) as well as other oceanfront restaurants and bars such as Snooky`s on the Oceanfront, MOTO`s, and Coconuts nearby.

This was our second year staying at this resort. The First year there was a parking lot in front of our building so nothing was blocking our beach view. This year however they started building a hotel where the parking lot sat. So some of the beach view was blocked, hopefully this will lower the price for next year. The first year we were able to get 3 key cards to access the pools and our room. This year we were denied this request and was told that the HOA only allowed us to have 2, which made it difficult with 2 teenagers that want to come and go as they please. The hot tub is something that my husband looks forward to and it wasn't working properly until the last day we were there. The water would be very low or it would be bathtub water rather than hot tub temps. My last complaint is the gym, having key cards, you would think it would be open 24/7 but it isn't. The website said it opened at 6 but my husband and I tried to go around then and our key cards did not work. As people who like to get our workouts done before everyone else in our group wakes up, this was a little bit of a bummer.The location is great. The unit we stayed in had several beach items that we used on a daily basis and the kitchen was very well stocked with supplies! I know I have several proposed improvements above, but we will most likely stay again.

Our stay was comfortable. I liked the layout of condo. It does look out over the ocean and beach. But a new building was being built straight in front of building 2. Never could get dishwasher to come on. The cleaning staff needed to focus on windows!!

The condo was furnished nicely, generally clean, smelled nice, and was only a short walk to the beach. There was also plenty to do around the resort, which was a big plus.However, there were several issues during our stay. The listing stated there were smart TVs in the living room and master bedrooms, but there was only one smart TV located in the double bedroom. The biggest disappointment was the ongoing construction. A large crane obstructed our view, and construction crews began work at 7 a.m. every morning, making it impossible to sleep in or enjoy the sounds of the ocean.One of the king beds was extremely uncomfortable due to it sitting on different size box spring (or mattress?), and the drawers would not stay shut, creating a trip hazard. The floors were also dirty enough that the bottoms of our feet turned black, and there was chipped paint in some bathrooms.As for the resort itself, the pool was dirty, with cigarette butts floating in it, and the parking deck was far too narrow for the number of large vehicles using it.Overall, the condo was fine, but these issues did negatively impact our stay. We would not stay again.
