Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the house. Communication with host was excellent. Loved that all the cabinets/drawers were labeled in the kitchen so I could find things easily. The layout of the house is nice and beds were comfortable. Loved having covered patio areas to enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend staying here.

This house is in the densely forrested hills of NW AR. The neighborhood and lot are surprisingly compact, but still felt secluded and was very quiet. The house is 5 min from a shipping center with all your needs and 15 min from DT Bentonville.
The house was spacious for 3 adults and 2 small kids. All was as advertised. We loved the outdoor space and hanging out with fireflies in the evenings.

The house is tucked away. We were up for a family gathering and it was a wonderful place to stay and get some quiet.
There is no road sound or sounds at night. People were out and walking and binning during the day.
I loved the details the owners left around the house. Took a lot of the guess work out.
