This Penthouse beauty in North Myrtle Beach`s premier ocean-front resort. You and your guests will enjoy spectacular, sweeping views of the sparkling blue ocean and pristine beach. The living area is graced with tile floors. An atmosphere of soothing relaxation that is both contemporary and classic. Tinted, sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom emphasize the unique views from this condo while letting in the bright light during the day and the setting sun and stars at night.
Entire property is smoke free. The HOA has a zero tolerance policy.
Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on the property.
Minimum age for rental is 25 years of age.
Code to the parking garage and building will be supplied to you via email 4 days prior to arrival. Parking in the garage is limited to the 2nd through 4th level. Only high top vehicles that cannot make it up the ramp to the 2nd level are permitted on the ground level. Anyone parking on ground level not in a high top vehicle is subject to be fined and/or towed by the HOA.
Pets are not permitted.

The host, Mr. Ric, was fantastic throughout my entire booking. He provided excellent customer service and excellent communication throughout. The unit and the view is beautiful. It was a pleasure to see the design that was chosen down to the bedding. We will be booking a perfect home away from home again in the near future.

The Mar Vista is a perfect place to stay right on the beach with your family. We have stayed at the Mar Vista many times and we will continue to come back. The beach is very clean and not over crowded, and the pool amenities are excellent. The location is also great (within 10-15 minutes of the Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Walmart, Publix, Aldi, restaurants, etc.). This particular unit is the best one we have stayed in so far. The personal touches were nice and the unit is in an excellent condition with great furniture and everything you need for the kitchen. We will definitely book it again next year.

The listing doesn’t do the place justice. Absolutely beautiful. Love the building lit up at night. The unit had a nice hotel smell when you walked in that was dreamy. Gorgeous view. I mean you can’t get any better! Location was superb! The ice maker!! Love it so much it is on our list to visit and book again!!
