The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

The well-equipped kitchen features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop and a compact oven with baking, grilling, and roasting functions.

The vacation rental is located at the foot of the Sinnberg, in a quiet and well-maintained residential area.

A small shopping district with a bakery, pharmacy, bank, post office, laundry, electronics store, flower shop, and various doctors’ offices is just around the corner.

The apartment is on the first floor and accessible via a few steps.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to downtown Bad Kissingen.

There is a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex.

Free parking is available in front of the apartment complex.

Free use of the bike storage room is available upon request; from there, you can ride your bike directly into town at ground level.

It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the A71 and A7 highway on-ramps.

Two guest beds are available upon request (15 euros per person per night).
