- Access to the 12m² veranda (east-facing), with table, chairs, microwave and griddle

- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- A mezzanine with 2 single beds.
The mezzanine is equipped with a new Velux window, giving you total darkness at night.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in very pleasant surroundings. The footpath to the beach is located directly outside the residence. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- Saint-Cyprien offers the chance to discover its port and the Capellans lagoon.
- The Parc de la Prade has three pools, a multi-use roller skating track, a sports trail, a city stadium, children's play areas, a picnic area and a protected bird sanctuary.
- On summer nights, every Tuesday and Thursday, the traditional summer activities of seaside resorts are organised.
- The Eastern Pyrenees offer a wealth of different things to discover

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.

- The nearest airport is Perpignan, around 38 minutes away by car.
- LiO bus no. 542 runs between Perpignan and Saint-Cyprien
