I am giving this property 4 stars because it is probably very nice but WE did not get a chance to find out because our reservation was cancelled at the eleventh hour and the property managers "Sweet Homes Vacation Getaways' proposed an option which was unsatisfactory in numerous ways, which in our view should not have been rented at all given its poor condition.

Beautiful view and beautiful home. The kids absolutely loved the pool table. The hot tub was clean and perfect! It was a wonderful place to stay.

It was foggy most of our stay in mid July, but still great views part of the day and one visible sunset. House was clean and well furnished.

Great location right on the beach, nicely stocked kitchen, roomy, comfortable beds. The grill was not working, so a new one was delivered the next day which was nice, but no temperature gauge. Overall the house could use some updating and a deep cleaning (there was food under the cushions on the couch).
