Inside, the space is thoughtfully curated with calming neutrals and soft coastal blues. Highlights include:
• Queen bed
• Spa-style bathroom with soaking tub
• Walk-in closet with generous storage
• Strong Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work)
• Thoughtfully equipped kitchenette
• Private entrance
• Dedicated garage parking
The apartment is attached to the owner’s residence yet fully private, creating a quiet, boutique-style retreat in a serene residential setting.
Please note: The unit is accessed via a private exterior staircase and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. Dogs must remain on a leash (maximum 6’) while outdoors and may not be left unattended outside. Cats must remain indoors at all times. The hillside setting makes the home best suited for small to medium-sized pets.
