A terrace garden of more than 30 m² equipped with tables, chairs, armchairs and deck chairs will allow you to relax while preparing your grills on the 2 planchas. (less than 200 m away you have a Leclerc center for your shopping)
Only 50 m away accessible by a private passageway, the cycle path in front of the canal, will take you
- to the right to the north lake, to the beaches of Maguide and Navarosse where you can enjoy calm and warm water and water sports, charming restaurants and bars with your feet in the water, fine sand.
-on the left, 1.5 km away, by bike or on foot, the centre of Biscarrosse awaits you for many activities (on Tuesday evenings, warm Landes atmosphere and the Bisc'apéro ball, markets on Wednesday and Sunday, all shops...), on this same track you can reach the south lake and its beaches, bars and restaurants.
Without forgetting, from the house by the cycle path, you will go to the ocean beach of Biscarrosse.
